Hello 2008,

How can Anet (Jeff Strain) tell us not to panick about the release of Guild Wars 2. HAHA! What a JOKE by calming the community by telling us that they will continue providing events/service support for Guild Wars.

By releasing GW2, Guild wars 1 will feel like a single player game+ heroes . There are so many dead PvE district as is already, and the transitioning of Guild Wars 1 players to Guild Wars 2 = GOOD BYE GUILD WARS 1

and please.....do not talk about how dead HA will be with the release of GW2, as it is already near-dead (Ill shut my mouth about about skill balance).

So am I angry? Nope. Worried? I doubt it since I will be playing GW2 and to see how well/bad Anet did. I am just kinda sad about the release of GW:EN. What is the point of Anet selling it, when they can give us the expansion for free, knowing that Guild Wars (1) will be inactive with the release of GW2.

GW2 is 2-3 years away. GW:EN is released this year. It was already stated somewhere that will retail for less than the previous campaigns did. While GW2 could(and most likely will) decrease the population of GW1, there is a large gap between the release of GW:EN and GW2.

see anet works their asses off to make these games, they deserve some cash that im readly willing to give. ALSO i am getting GW2 but im still gunna pla GW1 mainly cause my main *tenshi strife, who woulda thunk* is god lol. so i will always stick with him and keep playing gw1, cause i put way to much into to just abandon it so dont worry bout lowering population cause there will rolly still be a lot of peeps like me

I'll be buying the CE (if one's available), because:

1. I support Guild Wars

2. It will be the last Guild Wars expansion. How can anyone NOT buy it?
